Terms of Service

By accessing or using the SlabSync Authentics website, applications and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by our Privacy Policy, each of which is incorporated into this agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement. We may update these Terms as the Service develops; your continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. That includes keeping your credentials confidential, using a password that only you know, and promptly notifying us at josemartinez@slabsyncauthentics.com if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

• Provide accurate information and keep it up to date, including your vault display name and shipping destination.
• One account per person. Do not share, sell, transfer or license your account to anyone else.
• Use the Service lawfully and only for its intended purpose — authenticating, collecting and trading physical and digital collectibles.
• Do not interfere with, probe or attempt to disable the Service, its authentication checks, or its rate limits and access controls.

We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, that puts the vault or other users at risk, or where we are legally required to do so.

Our content. The SlabSync name, marks, logo, interface, design, code and original materials are owned by SlabSync Authentics and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, resell or create derivative works from them without our prior written permission.

Your content and your collectibles. You keep the rights you already hold in the items, listings, text and images you submit. By posting them you grant us only the limited licence needed to display, store and authenticate them as part of the Service, and to remove them when you ask.

Creators and publishers. Rights in comics, novels, games, films and other works remain with their owners. SlabSync provides authentication and provenance records for physical assets and the digital copies tied to them; a SlabSync record is proof of ownership of the asset it describes, not a transfer of copyright in the underlying work.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, send us a notice with the work, the URL and your contact details at josemartinez@slabsyncauthentics.com.

No warranty. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Grades, listings and third-party content. Condition grades, authenticity determinations, prices and descriptions are supplied by us, our partner shops and other users. We take reasonable care — including cryptographic verification of physical assets — but we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or value of any listing or record, and you are responsible for your own buying decisions.

No financial advice. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal or tax advice. Collectible values rise and fall, and past sale prices do not predict future ones.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlabSync Authentics is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for any loss of profit, data or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may change or discontinue features of the Service, and we may end or restrict access where these Terms are breached. Either party may stop using the Service; account closure can be requested at any time by emailing us.
