Last updated: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how SlabSync Authentics collects, uses and safeguards information when you use our website and applications at slabsyncauthentics.com. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who We Are

SlabSync Authentics (“SlabSync,” “we,” “us”) operates the digital vault and authentication platform at slabsyncauthentics.com. This Policy covers the information we collect through that site and the accounts you create on it.

For any privacy question, request or complaint, contact us at josemartinez@slabsyncauthentics.com.

2. Information We Collect

Information from Google sign-in. When you choose “Continue with Google,” Google — with your permission — shares your Google account information with us. Specifically, we receive:

  • your display name,
  • your profile picture,
  • your email address, where Google marks it as verified, and
  • authentication tokens (an ID token plus access and refresh tokens, and the session they establish) used to keep you signed in.

Information you give us. Your email address, a vault display name you choose, and any details you enter into our forms — for example waitlist, territory-claim, creator-kit, publisher or investor requests.

Information collected automatically. To keep the Service working and to route local rack and retailer results, we derive an approximate location from your IP address (city, region and country), and we record basic technical details such as device, browser and the pages visited.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information above only to:

  • authenticate your identity and give you access to the account you created, and
  • secure your vault — detecting suspicious sign-ins, protecting assets and records from fraud or tampering, and maintaining the integrity of authentication data, and
  • send product notifications — service announcements, access-granted notices, and updates about features you asked to hear about.

We never sell your data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to advertisers or data brokers, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or targeted advertising of any kind.

4. Where Your Data Lives and How It Is Protected

Authentication and account data are stored with Supabase, our backend provider, which supplies encrypted authentication services. Credentials and tokens are handled by Supabase Auth, sessions are refreshed on a limited basis, and access to stored records is governed by row-level security so an account can only reach its own data.

Data is encrypted in transit over TLS, and access is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate the Service. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect what we hold.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use. We limit our use of information received from Google APIs to the specific purpose of authenticating you and operating the features described in this Policy. We do not use Google user data for advertising, we do not validate it for ad delivery, and we do not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service, for legal reasons, or with your explicit consent.

You can view and manage the third-party apps connected to your Google account in your Google Account settings at any time, and revoking access there ends our ability to sign you in with that Google account.

6. How Long We Keep It and Your Choices

We keep account and vault information for as long as your account is active, and for a limited period afterwards to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations. You may update your details, request a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete your account and its personal data by emailing josemartinez@slabsyncauthentics.com. Some authentication and security logs are retained longer where required.

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under the age of majority in their country of residence, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as the Service grows. When we make material changes we will revise the “Last updated” date shown at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app.
